What type of food do you mix Naked Nutrition whey with? Do you like it with smoothies?
I like it in various shake & smoothie flavors as well as in quick breads (think banana), muffins, pancakes, waffles & cookies. And if im needing more kcals I throw it in my oatmeal too.
It’s good for baking but I’m not much of a baker so blend it in smoothies. Most common is with a banana, blueberries, flax seed powder and chia seeds - simple, healthy and tastes good. Use water, milk or flax milk depending.
What have you baked with it or heard of others baking with it?
